Our Questionnaires SDK is a solution that allows your customers to ask a set of questions (i.e. a ‘Questionnaire’) to people which they will need to answer in audio and/or video. Configuring and sending out these Questionnaires and reviewing the answers is functionality that can be added to your feature set by integrating this solution into your software. Once implemented the right way your customer can make use of this functionality directly from within your system.
To provide clear definitions for this solution from the start: we call the individual who is asking/setting the questions the ‘interviewer’ (this is probably a user in your system) and the individual who needs to respond to the questions the ‘respondent’. Respondents will receive a link to a unique web page where they follow a smooth flow in which they answer these questions. We will host this web page but your customers have full control over the content of the questionnaire itself. Once a respondent has finished answering all questions the answers will be displayed in your software. These answers will also include transcriptions so the interviewer can easily scan and analyze them in text as well as listen to them.
