Under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may qualify for a refund. For example, if you’re using our services for yourself (instead of on behalf of a business):
You are entitled to a full refund during the 7 days after the subscription begins. Note: This 7-day period begins when the subscription service starts. For example, if you signed up for a 14-day free trial, the period begins on the first day of your free trial, so there will be no fees paid as a refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds of payments made on a monthly subscription plan. To avoid being charged a subscription fee for the next billing, you must cancel your subscription before the monthly renewal date. Additionally, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by us. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
E-Wallet and Gift-Wallet: Please note that any payment made from E-Wallet or Gift-Wallet towards the purchase or subscription renewal of our services shall not be refundable even if the refund is sought within the initial 7 calendar days.
Digital Nature of Services: Please keep in mind that most of our services are digital (e-services). Therefore, there is no physical delivery or return policy in place at the moment.
Additional Charge: We will not be responsible for any additional charge levied by the Banks, Payment Processor or a third party while processing a cancellation or refund request. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the Customers. Therefore, we WON’T refund such charges.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use.
